All three are built in a factory rather than on-site, but the terms differ. “Mobile home” refers to homes built before June 15, 1976. After that date, factory-built homes must meet a federal HUD code and are called “manufactured homes” — that's what we sell. (“Modular homes” are a separate category, built to state and local building codes and assembled on your foundation.) We carry new manufactured homes, and we're glad to help you find the best fit for your land and budget.

Price depends on the size, floor plan, features, and manufacturer — single-wide homes are the most affordable, while double-wide homes offer more space.
